Always makes me roll my eyes when people utter "Aegon didn't deserve Sunfyre". Sunfyre *chose* Aegon. The two sincerely have the strongest bond and no, that isn't team green propaganda. Sunfyre would legit burn everyone for Aegon at the end of the day.

This also goes for Vhagar as well. Aemond didn't force her to bond. She chose him...and would burn people for him as well. She likes to remember the days with Visenya and I think she defo sees her in him.

The dragons chose their rider. If they didn't want that rider they'd probably be injured / dead. Meleys chose Rhaenys Caraxes chose Daemon Syrax chose Rhaenyra Sunfyre chose Aegon Dreamfyre chose Helaena Vhagar chose Aemond I'm assuming the others were cradle eggs.
