Oh wait and I ordered 6 cookies and I got 4 of them and wrong box. I’m so annoyed. @CrumblCookies has horrible customer service too. I want my money back.

This is the second time I ordered @CrumblCookies and they gave me the wrong cookies again. Twice in two weeks. I want my money back at this point. They’re so 🤬🤬🤬🤬 esp when it happened on my birthday last week. I’m annoyed.

Not @CrumblCookies delivering my cookies and only received my birthday cookie but I just sat here and paid $30 for other cookies and now they won’t give me store credit or refund. 🥴🫠 horrible customer service.

when my kids get older and have social media because let’s be honest it’ll be like watching tv and the norm… I’ll be their biggest hype person… because who wouldn’t want that ? It should absolutely be from family first.
