I remember creating the Mint Mojito Iced Coffee at Philz back in 2010-ish. I used to drink it myself daily because I loved it so much but one day decided to share it with some customers. They loved it too and that’s how it ended up on the menu.
Takeaway: create something you truly love first, then share it.
