Hey @_PVRCinemas @PVRSupport, I paid for my movie ticket on July 25th but still haven't received an invoice after 48 hours! Even after multiple email and calls.
Withholding invoices for paid transactions is a violation of consumer rights.
A 3-5 day refund doesn't cover lost hotels, 12+ hrs at airport, or skyrocketing alternate flights! People shouldn't bear the burden of your failure.
@MoCA_GoI, there must be accountability. @IndiGo6E needs to compensate us for the inconvenience, not just refund the ticket.
The last two days have seen widespread disruption across IndiGo’s network and operations. IndiGo teams are working diligently and making all efforts with the support of MOCA, DGCA, BCAS, AAI and airport operators to reduce the cascading impact of these delays and restore normalcy.

IndiGo deeply regrets the inconvenience caused and remains focussed on streamlining its operations at the earliest.
