Ya boi has been lazer focused on diet & fitness. A strong ƁØĐƳ (body) makes for a strong MîƝĐ (mind) after all.
Been seeing great results. Activating, strengthening, & growing muscles/stabilizers that have been "asleep" for far too long. My training has really started to advance since I put a heavy emphasis on my hips/glutes/low-back. Extensions, banded exercises, loaded mobility.
At first it doesn't feel like much is happening, tbh, but with consistency your structure completely changes. You don't realize how bad your posture was until you feel what it's like to literally be pulled into proper form by those previously "dormant" muscles/stabilizers.
All the work is surely paying off, but I'm just getting started.
Keep in mind... Muscle is built in the gym, fat is burned in the kitchen.

Well, the ṚîV3Ŕ (river) isn't always flowing peacefully.
Sometimes it's raging.
Sometimes it's weak & clogged, barely getting by.
Sometimes it splits off into multiple "personalities".
Sometimes it falls off a fkn cliff & has to recollect itself before moving on...
Through it all, though, it doesn't §ŦØP (stop). It keeps moving forward. It finds a way.
So, ultimately, yes...

Adaptable. - Resilient. - Relentless.

I'm just confused with a "liberated" MîƝĐ (mind) now, tbh.
An ultimate form of knowing is knowing you don't fkn know, it's freeing in it's own right, but it doesn't magically take away the programming received as a Č̣ḤîŁĐ (child) - that's deeply embedded.
There are surely tendencies I wish I didn't have & they don't simply go away just because you "woke up".

Hit NFT NYC back in like '23, I think?, lol. Was an incredible experience. One of my first big "solo" trips actually & it changed my perspective a bit. Though I had @TheFracture_ homies to keep me from gettin' lost, lmfao.
