I'm not a tourist, and Koji Fox is not a writer. As localization lead, he translated and altered the text (usually badly), and occasionally made name suggestions and other small contributions. He did not write the story. Where did this false narrative come from?

Also kinda weird that @Actually_Tina blocked me simply for pointing out this change in the EN text. Usually EN players at least try to defend the bad "localization" with some canned talking points.

It's a little strange that they've all but revealed the new job before JP FanFest. What if this, the bird and the SFX are all lies? Red herrings to mask the truth that the new phys ranged job is actually Corsair? hmmmmmmm...................................

Can't help but feel a little frustrated whenever I see someone attributing the English version of the Dark Knight quests to Natsuko Ishikawa. I wish people knew how little the "localized" version resembles her actual (superior) work.

This is the first time the npcs never look at Fray and only the WoL. It's perfect getting to say all this, that's why dark knight is my favourite. The writing for these quest are incredible, and I've been told it's the same writer as shadowbringers Natsuko Ishikawa

The one part of Naruto that leaves a truly awful taste in my mouth is the shikamaru revenge plot line. It’s so incongruent with the entire manga I TRULY despise it. I don’t care for the character development of shikamaru because it was so forced and the fights were stupid

The SCREEN Act, which will go for a full committee markup next Wednesday, on its own would force every single adult in the US to do ID/age verification. With that would come mass censorship & surveillance over the last bit of freedom and information we have - the internet.
