Implementing a #Virtual ED in a QLD Metro HHS was:
✅Effective: 70% of triaged patients avoided the physical ED
✅Safe: only 1.2% of Virtual ED managed cases unexpectedly required hospital admission within 48 hrs
✅Acceptable and grew in demand

- most CR services have capacity & readiness to provide hybrid (in-person & telehealth) care but require specific supports to enable this.
So much happening in the international #CR space. If your service doesn’t have a method to capture high quality data then I highly encourage the use of the @ICCPR registry —- now with the option of certification and suitable for low resource settings. Please share wisely
