We shifted away from the boys club management mentality after Steve Cooper left and this week has felt like a step back towards it with Joey and Leon coming in. This needed to be a fresh start, Jay and Cullen starting tonight seemed like they were just picking their mates.

Leicester obviously a much better side than us as today showed. We gave them a good game, but the way we gave up after the third when there was still 12 mins to play was pathetic. Every other team fights with that amount of time left which is why we bottle matches so often.
