Going one step further outside my comfort zone with fitness/workout content. I haven't trained properly in years, and today was the day I decided to change that. This is the intro to my fitness journey (in 2025). I'm doing this to hold myself accountable. Words are words until actions are taken. There's so much vulnerability and courage in doing this - yeah, I'm not proud of where my body is at now and that's all a part of this process. For anyone willing to come at my neck for barely playing minutes in college, I don't care. I showed up to workout, practice, play scout team, and watch film every single day. I wouldn't trade that experience for anything else.
