Today I am launching AI;DR 🚀🚀 AI;DR is having automated workflows that reads the day's AI news from 20+ sources and publishes one ranked edition. Ranking and summaries are done by Jev/LLM powered by AnyRouter. The results are combined into one snapshot and then distributed to the site, email, and Telegram. AI;DR is fully Open Source. Hosted on @Cloudflare.

it's easy to fall into the trap of micromanaging your agents instead of correcting the environment that shapes its behavior. pstack 0.15.9 now ships a new /correct skill: if you keep correcting agents for the same mistakes, it finds the pattern and fixes it with architecture, types, and checks. i like to imagine that commits rapidly flowing into the codebase are like a bonsai tree rapidly growing in whatever direction it pleases. what you want to do is not to give in to the chaos, but tame it intentionally with the right constraints 0.15.9 also has improvements to: • /architect: now includes instructions on designing agent friendly architecture • a new /benchmark-checklist skill based on @brendangregg's benchmarking checklist here's a prompt you can give to grok bot to start architecting a better codebase with pstack: /poteto-mode create a new Project agent to refactor and rearchitect my repo so that our architecture is more agent friendly. it should use both the /correct and /architect skill to look through past commits and find the most common pitfalls that agents fall into, whether its with code quality, performance, or bugs. if relevant you can also use the /recall skill to find past conversations for context. it should make a high level plan for me to review. it should also answer its own open questions by prototyping rather than defer to me. come back to me with a plan backed by real data. once i approve the plan, use either the stack or full autopilot playbook (ask me which i want) to execute
every time you intervene and correct your agent, you should think about how to eliminate it entirely. in order of value: 1. categorically eliminate the problem through better architecture or choice of data structures 2. turn it into a lint rule or test so CI catches it 3. turn it into a skill or rule 4. have humans review the code to catch it (ngmi)

how do you trust your agents' work more? copy this post/link and give it to your @bot or agent! 1. codebase improvements: this is just good software engineering - better architecture, stronger types and invariants, clear boundaries. agents love to copy what exists and take the shortest path, so make the easy thing the right thing. categorically eliminate problems through code and you won't need to think about it again. 2. static analysis: lint rules, tests, CI, verification (eg TLA+). very token efficient ways to catch issues ahead of time. 3. prose: comments, rules, AGENTS.md, skills - anything that can't be enforced and requires agent judgment. use it minimally, but do use /create-verification-skill. 4. human review: the hardest to scale. at the rate agents land code, it's pretty much impossible to thoroughly review every PR, so spend that effort on the highest leverage point, designing an environment where agents do the right thing by default. this forms an inverse pyramid: you want most of your effort at the top, least at the bottom. codebase improvements are deterministic, making it more token efficient, and lets you sleep more soundly at night. install github.com/cursor/plugins/tr… and create a new Project: 1. look through my slack/chat messages and code review comments where i've given feedback on PRs, code, architecture 2. use /recall on my past transcripts to learn how i steer agents 3. /poteto-mode use /correct and /architect on past commits to find the most common pitfalls agents fall into, then propose a plan to rearchitect the code i own so it's more agent friendly. answer open questions with prototyping rather than defer to me, and back the plan with real data. 4. before you begin, use /sharpen + /in-your-own-words and confirm this prompt with me

MiniMax joined Flash collection
MiniMax M3.1 Flash: Space Performance + Bunny Speed 🚀🐰 Yes, Space Bunny - which has topped global leaderboards with 200T+ tokens - was an earlier version of M3.1 Flash. 💰Redefining the performance economics of agentic AI. M3.1 Flash achieves frontier-level intelligence across key tasks such as Cowork (Automation-Bench: 62%; ALE: 30%), Coding (DeepSWE: 74%) and Visual Reasoning (BabyVision: 91%), at 1/3 the cost of M3 and 3x the speed. API pricing (flat rate): $0.15 / $0.60 per 1M input/output tokens, with cache reads at $0.015 / 1M tokens. Model weights will arrive on Oct 23. API: platform.minimax.io M Plan: minimax.io/m-plan MiniMax Code for desktop: agent.minimax.io/download

Models are doing well nowadays and bad skills will hold them back. I trimmed all my plugins hard, from about 36,000 lines down to about ~2600 and removed some outdated plugins. I cut out generic advice that the AI already knows, step-by-step how-tos, personas, etc github.com/duyet/codex-claud…

/bro I seem just finished the biggest tasks I have ever done, implement, fix and upgrading a very old codebase on production on k8s. Turns out /poteto-mode and /bro by pstack @poteto is my best favorite skill. it is kept checking and spawned a lot of agents to fix and validate things. created a long checklist from post-check -> backup -> bug fix, tried out fixes on dev -> closed 200+ PRs -> production, then sent me back the summary notes for the last 3 days after done. This is great when can agentmaxxing with more confident, sometime i am seeing 65+ agents working at the same time and validating the another results while staying on track. but damn burned so many tokens btw

Not good on the benchmark compare with others but I was using Deepseek 4.1 Flash a lot. I like that more as it has a very fast response and high TPS while still giving very good results.
