My former bike man is now my new landlord 😔 After weeks of searching, an agent took me to a newly completed building two days ago. One-bedroom flat ₦800,000 rent, plus ₦200,000 agent fee. While we were talking, a man walked in. It turned out to be my former bike man. The agent introduced him as the landlord. Omorh, I shock... Then I found out the actual rent was ₦600,000, not ₦800,000 as the agent claimed. My bike man looked at me and said: "Pay ₦500,000. You be my person." Omorh, na the same man I used to dash something back then o. Life can change fast.

You may not believe this, but do you know that 90% of those people telling you to go into YouTube automation doesn't rely on automation to fund their lifestyle.

You can't Monetize any social media pages in a month, don't mind content creators. Most of the top creators you see today bought a Monetized channel worth $500-$2000 and started building on it. Now they'll come out to show you $200 in a few days just to sell a course.

Don't take any of your social media pages as a side hustle. Take it as a full hustle but be strategic.

Any niche that can only satisfy your passion with no rooms to sign a partnership deal with an organization as a marketer or sell a digital product or services is a total waste of time 😕 Yes🤚

When I started learning digital skills in 2015. There's this brother in my church, he wants to be a footballer, till now nobody has signed him. Yes he's good, but that's Nigeria for you. If I can go back to advise him I'll ask him to start building football channels instead.

Do I teach automation, Yes. Do I charge for my course & a private Mentorship, Yes. Why am I different from others, because I don't teach monetization, I teach business. What I teach is how to build a brand with a.i & integrate sales & marketing. We build, sell & generate leads

Even my mum didn't believe me when I said I'll be closing down My physical business & focusing on the digital space. To be frank I was afraid at first because I have gotten used to daily money. After I closed down my office here I am, still standing, experienced & leveling up.

Sales and marketing + Faceless content automation is a huge blessing if you know your way around it. At the end of it all you'll get monetized but before then you'd have make reasonable figures from marketing alone. Sales and marketing + Monetization pay = Passive Income.

Everyone loves the idea of building a business. But few love the reality. It’s long hours, tough decisions and constant pressure. The rewards come later. The process comes first. Fall in love with the process because that’s the only way you’ll ever reach the reward.
