From todays stream. I was behind the chart today 20 minutes and then left. Knowing when not to trade is the most important skill any trader can develop.

09:30 open low aggressively after a lot of equal highs have been engineered. London + 90 min SMT followed by LTF CSD = SMR is in and price is moving from A -> B. $Nasdaq 28th of August 2026

09:30 Open low with Session, 90 min and internal SMT signaled that we were going higher. On the end of the execution you can see that I pyramided aggressively with my SL trailed in anticipation. This time it didn't work in my favor, and that was a conscious risk I took since I was only in with 1 contract from the start. Trade was taken live in front of my students as well, love to see everyone eating. (Check the comment to join)

What confirms SMT? CSD. So when you don't see CSD after a possible SMT that signals that higher prices is not on the table. You listen and go lower. $Nasdaq 17th of August 2026

I spoke with one of my traders the other day, and he said the following: "one of the things that helped me the most with getting my trading to new levels was when we had live trading sessions together, where I could hear exactly how you're looking at the markets live" and then it hit me, one of the things that takes traders so long is to understand how to think and look at the markets live. So I'm opening up something new, a daily livestream group called Floor 59. I will livestream all the AM sessions when I trade live so you can follow along exactly how I analyze the markets live. And you will also get access to the three indicators that I use, SMT, time cycles and position sizer.

3 trading days so far in August: 2 break even days 1 almost break-even day Slow start to the month, but input wise I've done my part. Not more to do. Took this break-even today in pre-market.

I made $13K in one month trading, only trading 1 hour per day. I just released a video braking down all of it and exactly what I did to go from 4 years of inconsistent to getting my first 5-fig month. (it's a long video, 45+ min so if you don't have time now bookmark this)

Today was definitely one of the slower days for sure... Ended up taking two trades, the first one was a Break-Even / small loss. Then I re-entered and had a small win. This is one of the days I need to look back at my own performance, did I manage both trades too aggressively? Price action was not the best but that shouldn't matter. $Nasdaq 10th of August 2026

Anticipating a reversal lower after we saw a 90 min & 30 min SMT on the highs. Was looking at London Lows for my first DOL. This was my first and only trade all this week. Haven't been a week in where I've seen what I've wanted. This is the boring part of trading most people never show, doing nothing, and waiting. Trade ended up as a Break Even. $Nasdaq 7th of August 2026

Some Sunday reflections after closing out of July (+$2,392) I end this month at a roughly 50% win rate. I've traded super well this month, yet I have still taken losses that I would take again if the setup formed. Markets have for sure not been the cleanest. But that is and should never be an excuse, why? Because those environments, and those times will always come, every year. So the questions then becomes what do you do when it's there, and the answer I believe only comes down to one thing, risk management. If you look at this monthly PNL calendar, you can see one thing, how my losses barely move my account lower, and how after a loss, I risk less (hence why some wins only look like a 1:2RR). This was a limiting belief for me for a very long time. That I needed to have a super high win rate. That constant focus on the win rate, led me to beeing to attached to the outcome of the trades since the number before the % couldn't be below x. And if you keep that in mind on top of looking at the market environment, you can't expect to have huge results every month, every week. You will have months where you will have great Win Rate, great results, you will have some months that are slower. That's just the nature of trading. At the end of the day, week, month it comes down to refinement and improving the tiny things in your skill. And if you think that the person you see online has a 100% win rate and lever looses, just imagine yourself what you would do if you had that, personally I'd borrow all the money I could get ahold of to trade with, because I knew I'd never lose. I am not reading what I've written this is just my mind spitting things onto my keyboard so I hope you could take something away from this.
