called 911 bc there were people having an altercation outside my house and making serious accusations, specifically of kidnapping. So I told the dispatcher that and he got mad at me and was like “maam WHO mentioned kidnapping? That’s a VERY CONCERNING thing to hear on a 911 call”

Two men drugged two college women with fentanyl, raped one of them while she was actively dying of an overdose, photographed both of them and sent the pictures to his friends, and waited 40 minutes to alert campus security that both women were passed out. One of the women died. The men are Moises Freire (19) and Brian Peralta Cabrera (18). And I am so fucking tired of this shit!! This is defective behavior..
