ALT Following Lavender 30 (#LavLang30), some participants kept in touch to find ways to honour the promise we all shared during the conference round table, that of creating a space where our work could be accessible to non-academic and wider audiences. This is such an important opportunity to grow the impact we wish to have when working on sensitive topics, marginalised communities and discrimination. We would like to hear from you: what is, in your opinion, the best way to branch out? We are thinking of creating a website with a blog where those interested can write about their work or upload a video if they prefer. We are open to all the wonderful suggestions you might have. Once we have collected your views, we will work towards ways to operationalise them and we will open a call for volunteers. We will also work to make the job of volunteers as easy as possible and offer ways to do this inclusively and ethically. In this time between Lavender 30 and Lavender 31 (#LavLang31)...
