Louisville is currently experiencing heavy storm and severely cold temperatures.
But what’s important is to never miss an opportunity to create an anti-children culture. Really disappointing to see this, @kfc_yumcenter.
Here, children are framed as a punishment; concerts as the good life, diapers as the cautionary tale.
When institutions normalize this message, it’s not just a joke. It reinforces the very wrong notion that children are an inconvenience. It is immaturity producing an anti-culture which is anti-future.

I’d just note how the internal project of the populist right seems to be to wear the skin of the conservative movement for legitimacy while casting aside the brains and ideas. It’s The Silence of the Lambs as a think tank project. I marvel at how many of those who ask, “What has conservatism conserved?” are so quick to take root in these conservative institutions and, for purposes of media branding, gladly call themselves conservatives to the press while denouncing conservatism on their Twitter feeds. ewerickson.substack.com/p/mi…

Most people just throw their iPad at their kid and put them on Roblox, thinking the little cartoon characters running around the screen mean there's no harm in it. But they just banned a young guy who started catching predators on Roblox after getting six arrests, and Roblox sent him a cease and desist letter for being a vigilante on their platform. There are predators on the largest children's game in the world, and most parents don’t even know what’s happening on it."

Look at Elon’s last sentence:
“We do need to make sure that AI cares deeply about truth and beauty for this to be the probable future.”
He's right, but what is the source of truth and beauty according to these secular models?
This is why @Dominion_chat exists.
The most likely outcome is that AI and robots make everyone wealthy. In fact, far wealthier than the richest person on Earth 👀
By this, I mean that people will have access to everything from medical care that is superhuman to games that are far more fun that what exists today.
We do need to make sure that AI cares deeply about truth and beauty for this to be the probable future.
