This is why in my Lagos metro proposal, I have the MMIA served by 2 metro lines. 1. The Yaba line (Red) branch linking MMIA to Lagos Island in the south, & Ifo in the North. 2. The Idimu line (Lime green) orbital, connecting Kosofe, Alausa Secretariat, & Ikotun to MMIA & MM2.

I literally was just saying it that that police bill is not just a one off, it’s linked to some other things that will require new laws to be in effect, we are literally witnessing history
What's the next reform after State Police ? Governors will demand more FAAC, that one too sure . That will eventually lead to sth else Small , small we are getting there 😁😁 Oii, APC might be a blessing in disguise

After we’ve fixed all our idle capacity then we start to create more capacity
The power ecosystem in Kano just got better. We commissioned four transmission substations at Walalambe, Kumbotso, Dakata and Dan-Agundi, adding 544MW of wheeling capacity to Kano and the national grid.

The problem with Nigerians is that they want an economy that pays them more in their pocket while they spend less, such greedy folks.

Only Lagos kor, abia? Enugu will even go past a lot of these guys once their coal is live
Since the President signed the Electricity act in 2023 and gave State governors the power to generate electricity, only ONE state has made concrete steps to generate electricity; LAGOS. It has been 3 whole years!

Basically it’s a culture changing bill hmm
Many People still do not know the depth of what State Police in Nigeria is and how it can change the Power and Political Chess game in Nigeria especially in Multiethnic States and Regions. It can neutralize Hegemons, destroy feudalism, democratize means of violence and stability

Bare folks will quote me to others to get their reactions, instead of presenting facts. It’s literally boring arguing with that

We that can clearly see already know this. The rest will continue to wail until it’s too late
Tinubu is without a doubt the most consequential president we’ve ever had. State police and the removal of fuel subsidy are great achievements, especially because of the prize to pay politically (which is why many others didn’t do it).

Btw please link the 8 different sheets here sir statistician
the screenshot you’re looking at is the overview of a more detailed workbook that has 8 different sheets in it. context? look at the country you live in. i put it to you that you’re one of the nincompoops benefiting from the current apc rot. the clock is ticking for you, murasi.

Two whole hours later by the way, I’m still waiting for the “DETAILED WORKBOOK”

They just hate that Tinubu is the one doing it, because “how can someone so evil do good” it can never be for good reasons lol

Every right thinking person globally knows Nigeria is on the right path except Peter Obi, Atiku and their likes.

No blue tick to put all I wanna say in one tweet

How do you put a period in view, and then proceed to put only one figure, if you’re gonna do data, then contextualize it, the only part of your data that was of anything worth noting was external debt, this spreadsheet is at best TRASH.
you’re my og, so know i’m not coming from a place of disrespect. but i think the part you’re missing is that this was never just about tinubu for me. i hate the apc. i hate what the apc represents, and what they’ve normalised: failure and mediocrity. they’re blind cankerworms.

He starts with quoting from 2010-2014, when he clearly knows or maybe he didn’t know that this problem didn’t start then, he goes on to say within the period of x-x but uses the start of an admin to measure his own metrics, GDP was way less in Buhari’s time, same as GDP per capita

So where were you when it was still up for debate? Lol
I want this idea to die a natural death or we end up dangerously empowering emperors and mini Pharaohs 🙏

“I put it to you you’re benefiting from the APC govt” but you’re going to benefit from these same police that will soon be right in your neighborhood btw. I think you should refuse their service since you’re more angry than everyone else and you love the country more than anyone
BREAKING: 24 States Approve State Police Amendment, Meeting Two-Thirds Threshold Twenty-four State Houses of Assembly have approved the proposed constitutional amendment to establish state police in Nigeria, meeting the two-thirds threshold required for the process to advance. States that have approved the amendment: Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Benue, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Gombe, Imo, Kaduna, Kebbi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Ogun, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara. Status in other states: - Scheduled for plenary: Kano - Under committee review: Bauchi, Katsina - Received: Abia, Borno, Ebonyi, Kogi, Ondo, Sokoto - No public update: Jigawa, Lagos, Niger The constitutional amendment process must be completed, followed by federal legislation establishing national standards, oversight, funding arrangements and operational rules. Each state seeking to establish its own police service must also enact state legislation and obtain certification confirming that it meets national minimum standards before operations can begin. State police would operate alongside the federal police, with coordination and accountability mechanisms remaining in place.

Um.. you’re not fooling anyone with this half baked spreadsheet tbh, and that’s also fine, whatever suits your agenda
