Between last Wednesday and Friday $9B in dark pool orders accumulated between 728.95 and 725.76.
Every evening I sift through the dark pool logs and find the levels that matter the most. Many times, these will create zones. In any case, this area became very large in terms of notional value. Initially, I expected this area to be tested on Monday. We got close but didn't reach it. Today, we did.
Aligned here was also a daily bearish price imbalance and the bottom of a fairly large daily resistance zone. This made a perfect confluence for an upside target and a reversal area.
Target hit, reversal setup on watch.

Perfect call. Up over $13 off Friday's low. Most are probably getting bullish again?
Here is what to watch from here:
SPY is nearing overlapping daily resistance and has a 4-hour price imbalance setup below.
Currently the next pullback target is 767.82 - 767.66.
A daily close over 777.34 is what I want to see for upside scenarios to continue.
Bigger picture breakout target area is currently 787 to 795.
If we test that 4-hour imbalance and it fails to support price, down to previous lows at 760.
