When software starts doing the work, what should customers pay for?
I spoke about this at Autodesk’s Platform Leadership Forum.
We used to sell software, implement it, and call go-live a success. Customers still had to put in the work to get the benefit.
Now Aurigo’s AI agents do more of that work, and we share responsibility for getting it done.
We charge for both: an annual platform subscription and outcome-based fees. We agree with customers on what gets delivered, by when, and to what standard.
Our initial customer deployments are delivering shorter cycle times and better accuracy, giving their teams capacity to take on more.
