They're almost always the smartest people in any room, work harder than everyone, & always do what they say will.
They told me Andera will be a $30b ARR co in 10 years, I believe them.

These past few months have been some of the most fun and highest-slope periods of my life. In January, we were crammed into Aryo’s apartment working with cardboard-boxes as makeshift desks. Today, we’re nearly 15 people in-person and growing.

Every year, audit teams at public companies spend thousands of hours testing controls and producing work papers. This manual process has been conducted the same way for over 20 years, and costs public companies millions of $ annually.
Audit resisted automation for decades because it's a reasoning problem, not a rules problem. Long context reasoning models and agentic tool use have recently changed the calculus.
