I'm at $250 MRR.
Over the last 3 months, I grew it from $150 to $250. But honestly, that growth was random, not something I engineered.
I have 4 apps live: working, polished, ready to market. 95% of the revenue comes from just one of them.
Two more ship in the coming weeks, same bar: clean product, clear positioning.
I know there's potential here. I just don't know how to unlock it.
My strength: I ship good products, fast. Not soulless AI wrappers, but real products with a brand, a tone, attention to detail.
My weakness: marketing and acquisition.
I've started working on it, but I feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of options. I began posting on IG and TikTok, though running proper accounts from the EU has been its own struggle.
My goal: learn how to take one app to a few thousand MRR, then replicate it across the others.
What I'm looking for, either of these:
β’ Someone a step or two ahead who's walked this path and is open to a chat or a call. I don't want the fish, I want to learn how to fish. I'd even take an internship to learn this skill properly.
β’ A partner who owns the marketing side and teaches me as we go. I'm really looking for a co-founder here, for a share of the revenue. I bring the products and keep shipping, you drive distribution.
I don't have much budget, but I'm open to paying for a short trial first (one project, one month) to see how we work together before going further.
I'm ready to go all in and do whatever it takes to make this work.
If that's you, or you know someone, tag them below.
Really eager to learn. Any help means a lot, thanks ππΎ
finally passed the 4 digits cap, let's 10x this
first time passing $500+ in revenue and 1k+ new users
slowly but surely, we're getting there

after a month, finally got the first subscription for @_heyjagi π₯Ή
fyi you can only submit max 8 apps for review at the same time
just learned that when tried to send 11
i think I'm depressed since I've stopped building and focusing on marketing
I just started to post twice on tt/ig for two of my apps everyday and... nothing which is normal when starting
of course it feels like it's useless, but on top of that it takes me max an hour then I have all those empty hours where I just refresh my rc dashboard
and I force myself to not fall back into building but at the same time, I feel like I could do more but I should also be patient and wait for the data
for those who do the same, how do you fill the rest of your day, how do you not go crazy during the phase of finding the format that convert ? maybe there's something I'm doing wrong
my analytics said users rage clicked my app 72 times this week. mild panic
a rage click is 3+ taps on the same spot in under a second, aka someone hammering a button that won't respond
there's no session replay on mobile, but every rage click stores its tap coordinates. so i plotted all 72 on a map of the screen
every cluster landed on buttons people are meant to tap fast in my app. not rage, just people using it exactly as designed
best part: while digging i found a real bug, a purchase flow that failed silently. fixed and shipped the same day
has your own analytics ever scared you for nothing?
spent β¬15 on apple search ads for one of my tiny apps and two people actually paid this weekend.
one monthly, one lifetime, $19 total.
first time the whole loop closed on its own: ad, install, paywall, payment.
tiny numbers but the week paid for itself.
curious to see what happens when i raise the budget
if you have some feedback about ASA, lmk

Jagi is out and need feedbacks from real couples π
Reply "Jagi" if you would like to try it out
every real user who started one of my apps' onboarding finished it
19 started, 18 completed, and the 1 drop was literally me testing
no account, no email, no permission wall.
12 steps that shape the app, ~2 min.
ask for nothing before giving something
tiny sample obviously.
now let's see if the pattern holds as the numbers grow.

one of my apps just got its first subscription
11 days live, 11 downloads, 1 paying user.
built it in 5 days last month.
i've shipped 6+ apps like this over the summer and this is the first proof the system can make money, not just apps
$1 mrr, it's tiny, but it's a start.
let's see if the others follow
