NFL fined 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk $14,926 for engaging in an offensive demonstration Sunday vs. Miami. “Your imitation of chugging a beer constituted an offensive demonstration and could reasonably be construed as being in poor taste,” the NFL wrote in its fine letter. Juszczyk, nicknamed “Juice”, already has appealed the fine.

Here's Why Sprinting Will Make You Throw Harder
One of the things that blew my mind was when researchers did a study on Roki Sasaki.
What they found was that his lower body resembled that of an Olympic sprinter.
And there's a lot of evidence that supports that hard throwers are also really quick runners as well.
You see guys like Aroldis Chapman, who beat Billy Hamilton in a race when Billy Hamilton was one of the quickest runners in the MLB at the time.
We see Shohei steal 50 bases last year.
If you can sprint really fast, then you can fire your central nervous system extremely efficiently, which is something we need in the pitching delivery to throw hard.
