In every role I’ve held — from Division I athletics to leading institutions and organizations — the fundamentals have stayed the same: • Build alignment around mission • Grow responsibly and sustainably • Lead with integrity, especially when it’s difficult The platforms evolve. The pressure changes. The spotlight shifts. But leadership still comes down to decisions, accountability, and the ability to move organizations forward. Grateful for the people I’ve worked with and learned from along the way — and focused on what’s ahead.
