I couldnβt sleep last night βcos I was on such a buzz from seeing Mary J Blige & Soul II Soul.
My brain was still dancing & singing & my body was tired, so there was an ongoing battle.
Today is gonna be hard, hopefully I can sleep on the train home later.
Music is healing.
This feels like an Ocie Elliott kinda morning. If I was sat in the car with them whilst they were performing βHold my Nameβ I would be blubbing my eyes out.
Their harmonies are so beautiful.

I need to start practising again!

My day of successful adulting has peaked.
