Watching this triggers me because I experienced something exactly like this. I woke up around 12:30AM one night, and couldn't feel my heartbeat. It felt like my breath was stuck in my throat, and I was dizzy. I drank water and went outside to get some air, but nothing changed I had to call my landlord to take me to the hospital. The doctor said my heart was beating at a normal rate and couldn’t understand what was wrong They sha gave me allergy drugs and sent me home. 😭 If you’ve never experienced a panic attack you would think the person is mad. Bcos I told the Doctor I can't breathe and can't feel my heartbeat. The doctor then said you know if you aren't breathing or your heart isn't beating as you claimed you will be dead and not talking 😭 The experience was really frightening and Sleeping at night became a struggle for me for a long time but with God and prayers I overcame the fear
