You shouldn't be overconfident in the opinion, but I think you have to take Daniels over Williams if there was redraft today

The Jalen Hurts situation is obviously the most serious and egregious. But reports suggested Lane Johnson wanted to retire this offseason because of his mental health issues, but the Eagles brass talked him out of it. Dickerson and Jurgens came back too soon from injuries and it’s derailed their careers. Something isn’t right when it comes to how the Eagles approach player safety. Questions need to be asked regarding the Eagles medical staff and top decision makers.

No one gets the goal posts moved on them quite like Caleb Williams.
Caleb Williams had an ADOT of just 3.3 yards in Week 6 Of the 187 individual QB performances with at least 10 pass attempts in a game this season, Williams' outing ranks 186th in ADOT Only Atlanta's Jack Strand in Week 2 had a lower mark But yay completion percentage!

Eagles medical staff
Jalen Hurts was told by doctors not to sleep after his initial diagnosis of a superficial blood clot while in London. Hurts stayed awake for roughly 36 hours before starting against the Jaguars. (per @TomPelissero)
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Tom Pelissero, the source cited, later clarified after speaking to Jalen Hurts' agent that Hurts was able to sleep after hospital evaluation and felt rested to play. x.com/TomPelissero/s… cbssports.com/nfl/news/jalen… sportingnews.com/us/nfl/philade…

I’m firmly in the camp if you have to stay awake for 36 hours before kickoff so you don’t die from a blood clot you should probably skip playing that game.

Kinda feels like Jalen’s commitment to football shouldn’t have even been a factor and that the choice to play should’ve been out of his hands. Surely the league is going to take a close look at the medical & organizational processes at play here … right?
How committed is Jalen Hurts to football? After initially being diagnosed with a superficial blood clot in London, doctors told him not to sleep as a precaution, so he had been awake for roughly 36 hours when he started against the Jaguars, throwing for 220 yards and a TD.

the framing of this is disgusting. someone should've stopped this from happening. This is a horrific report

Nah we’re not doing this lol everyone’s critique for Caleb was that he’s this braindead idiot recess quarterback who can’t play in structure or take what the defense gives him. We’re not going to now move the goalposts and say he’s a checkdown merchant lol
bo nix you can rest now

The amount of people upset that Caleb Williams played an elite game yesterday is telling.
Caleb Williams was a perfect 24/24 for 248 yards from a clean pocket in the Bears' Week 6 win over the Falcons. His 24 attempts are the most without an incompletion from a clean pocket in a game since at least 2018. Powered by @awscloud

DeForrest Buckner should just move up I-65 and join Da Bears
Quenton Nelson & DeForest Buckner are both north of 30, have expiring contracts and would probably like to play for a winner. Trading them to help offset my lack of a 2027 1 would probably be my first order of business if I was in the Colts’ GM chair.

I'm not sure this is really a challenge to worry about considering Kyle Davidson will never make a trade for a star
No-trade clauses have become ubiquitous around the NHL, and the Blackhawks have very much contributed to the trend. But the Hawks' biggest challenge long-term could be convincing star trade targets not to include them on their no-trade lists. New story: chicago.suntimes.com/blackha…

This moron has me blocked so I can’t quote tweet him. But the knock on Caleb Williams was he couldn’t play on time in a structured offense. Then when he excels at it, it’s an issue? Be serious. These people are hypocritical asswipes who don’t know football.

All the attention is on Justin Herbert and that’s fair but I think Mike McDaniel should be getting way more flak and attention for all the Chargers woes this year. Not sure anyone in the league has tanked their stock more than he has

Aaron Donald came out of retirement for this?
