Been on a health journey this year. Started at 243 and got under the 200s this morning 🙏. Really big milestone. Still got a ways to go but definitely feel better. - completely cut out sugar - maintained a calorie deficit while working out 5 days a week.

Update. Month of July went super good. Down to 183 now. goal weight is 170 🙏. I now Workout 3-5 days a week. Jog 4 miles non stop without breaks. Fit better in all of my clothes. People at church and work notice the big differences.

Update we hit 169 this month 🙏. Went to the fair yesterday and took our annual group photo. Crazy progress.
