Love seeing these kind of results in realtime while I'm building this out.
Bottom-right is the basic blockout 3D render, which I then fed into Runway Gen-3 Alpha.
The camera, dimensions and blockout track almost perfectly. Visual fidelity leaves much to be desired, but there are many options for improvement on that front.
InstaRig, my new one-click facial rigging solution for Blender, is almost ready for release. Here's a quick sample animation, rigged with Insta-Rig and animated with the next version of Audio Lip Sync Pro (also available soon).

Just to be clear, InstaRig isn't just automatic weight painting; it automates landmark placement and creates a full facial control + deform rig and weight-painting with one click. Some cleanup is expected but expect pretty good results out of the box for humanoid characters.
You have all spoken. I think I’m going to go with the crowd on this one, everything I’ve read suggests the Pro quota is pitiful and the model itself, while good, isn’t better than others on offer.
Screenshot from Unity Store submission. I don't know how this compares historically, but that sounds high! The iOS App Store process should really implement something like this.
Should I bother trying Argon via Antigravity with the Pro plan

4 votes • Final resultsProduct Hunt is a total dumpster fire, I don't even know why I bothered. Maybe it's useful for a backlink, but I doubt it. I think I spent a sum total of 5 minutes on it, that's probably all it deserves.
This sparks indescribable joy.

Audio Lip Sync Pro running inside Unity. Coming to the Unity Store very soon!
Some people have been asking about a streaming runtime (for dynamically generated audio inside the game itself) and it's something I could consider if there is sufficient demand.
This doesn't surprise me in the slightest. The company mints money (now) but as a customer, every interaction I have with them makes me wonder how much longer that can last.
More positive reviews for Audio Lip Sync Pro for Blender.
I like seeing good reviews, but 4 stars still isn't 5.
That's the target for the next version! And I think I've got a good plan for getting there.
v0.1.3 of Audio Lip Sync Pro for Blender is now available!
- improved prediction model (2x as much training data - see comparison video below)
- multiple meshes & audio clips can be targeted for simultaneous animation.
- synthetic blink feature

Experimenting with more deformation transfer (transferring an expression from one mesh/topology to another). Looks like I inadvertently created that bad lip filler Botox look. I think that qualifies me to be a plastic surgeon!
Using my own (thoroughly vibe-coded) harness to render images inline from Blender.
Shall I embed Doom?
