I’m so confused. Isn’t this how’s it’s always been?? Weekends don’t count….
There’s a Gen Z lady at my workplace who applied for 4 days of annual leave. Her leave started on Thursday, and she was expected back on Monday. But she resumed on Wednesday. When HR asked why she added two extra days without approval, she calmly explained: “My leave started on Thursday. Friday was my first leave day, Saturday and Sunday were weekends, and Monday was my second working day. I still had two working days left, so I used Tuesday and Wednesday to complete my four days.”

I’m sorry but this is still a parenting issue. I’m not giving anyone grace for their kids being menaces to society because they have to work 3 jobs.
I used to blame parenting on a lot of issues surrounding poorly behaved children until I became a teacher. There are parents that don’t even see their children because they are working 2-3 jobs to make both ends meet and those kids end up being raised by the streets

LOVE how she broke that down to her. At the end of the day that lady ain’t give a damn!
She came home at 11:30 at night to find her neighbor's car in her paid parking spot, so she had it towed. "There's a sign on the wall and a sign on the floor." Neighbor: "You could have knocked on the door. We stay right next door to each other." Her: "I don't know you, mama. Seeing you does not mean I know you." Should she have knocked first, or was the tow fair?

Mayor Mamdani is so real for this. Forever has my respect!
The murder of a child is a pain no parent should have to endure, let alone from thousands of miles away. Javits Frimpong’s mother deserves to say goodbye to her son in person. I just got off the phone with President Trump and he has agreed to grant her visa immediately.  All of New York City is mourning this tragedy.

no shade i don’t want to hear this from the guy that built his career as a minstrel promoting and making money off the same stereotypes that got our generations bullied in school
Michael Blackson penned a message and reflected on his own bullying experience while speaking on the death of fellow Ghanaian Javits Frimpong. The comedian also expressed plans to make appearances at high schools to talk to foreign kids and help them deal with bullying. “May God help us all to help deal with this. Amen.” Our thoughts are with Javits’ family 🙏🏽 ✍🏾#TSRStaffAS 📷:(@gettyimages)

Nigga, the majority of Black Canadians are immigrants, aside from Afro Nova Scotians & other multigenerational Black Canadians??? Xenophobia & Afrophobia aren’t exclusive to ANY ethnicity. Some of my bullies here in Canada were OTHER “westernized” Africans!
Coming to America as an African is deeply traumatizing because Black Americans and Black Canadians are among our first bullies. The xenophobia is learned and passed down. It has to stop

He’s been getting Africans mocked for years with his fake accent and stereotypes. It’s 2026 and he still does it. STFU

This is so sickening. My heart just dropped...
The more I read into the story about Javits Frimpong the more angry I get. This dickhead could’ve called anonymously if he was scared of violating his parole

Procreating with ppl who want to be parents>>>>>>
Our youngest vomited in our bed at 3:30am. My wife and I calmly got up. I cleaned our child while my wife changed the bedding. Our child vomited again but we caught it in a mixing bowl. We laughed a little together and remarked how there is no one else in the world with whom we’d rather clean up puke at 3:30am. An incredible team. I love her very much.

I told a parent his child was mean and a bully and he looked me dead in my face and said “he’s just a boy”. That was 1st grade. Now in 5th grade he & his brother are jumping children over any thing. You think parenting has nothing to do with some of these kids you’re a fool.

This not being Sunday night is insane. What were the schedule makers thinking
Whether by fate or by chance, the journeys of Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen have always been connected. On Sunday, they meet once again.
