I hear people say that you should show up and perform at your best every day to hit your goals. But this is not realistic.
In reality, motivation fades, fatigue hits & pressure comes. This is when you need reliable systems to fall back on to ensure that your worst days are still of a good standard.
Your floor (systems) matter more than your ceiling (goals).

I am saddened to learn of the passing of former Emperor Sheev Palpatine.
Emperor Palpatine was a devoted public servant, from the halls of the Imperial Senate to many positions of leadership in multiple Imperial administrations. His passing marks the loss of a figure who, with a strong sense of dedication, gave so much of his life to the Empire he loved.
I am saddened to learn of the passing of former Vice President Dick Cheney.

I felt so down on my 30th birthday and didn’t want to celebrate it. I planned to go to the beach alone to reflect but plans changed, so I thought I’d just stay in and work. Lo & behold, my team called me for a work emergency & I raced to work… next thing, surprise 😳 balloons everywhere 😅
These people did decorations, cooked 3-course meal overnight 😩 and my guys got me the gifts I wanted. Beyond grateful for life and everyone around me. Can’t do this life thing alone, appreciate the ones that show up. Always.
