Back in Los Angeles for one day and around the corner from my front door is a guy with his pants down, a large candle lighter and a clear pipe that he's casually smoking out of. In a neighborhood where 1br rents for $3k and there's multi-million dollar homes. Have to skip across human urine and feces. I would never, ever allow a child by themself to step outside just to play in their own neighborhood. HOW is this acceptable?
