Things I want people to know about @JasonLake: • When I was interviewing for @Complexity in 2018, he took me to lunch and said he wasn't looking for someone to stay a year and leave. He wanted someone long-term. That's what gave me the confidence to move my whole life from New Jersey to Texas. • A week before Tatman Tailgate, the biggest event Complexity ever put on, the office was in full chaos mode. He still took time out of his day to come to my wedding and congratulate me and my wife personally. • When personal circumstances made it look like I wouldn't be able to keep working at Complexity, I sat down with him expecting to have to leave. He told me no matter what, I'd have a job and we'd figure it out. Six years at one of the best jobs I've ever had. I got to travel, I grew, sharpened my craft, and met people I still call friends and still work with today. Thank you, Jason.
