You know the first thing Arteta did was cut the people who could influence others in squad? And get rid off mid players? The last six months of 2022-23 when auba left.. Arsenal were left with 14 outfield players chasing CL.
Arteta's WORST run at Arsenal:

But he STOPPED losing. He started getting it right. Gradually. Process.
Carrick's run at Man United:

The question is simple: WHEN will Carrick stop losing and start getting it right?
Because at this rate, "Trust The Process" will take Manchester United to the Championship.
