Let's have some "Did you know" fun today, shall we? 🙂⬇️
Did you know the @cellframenet $CELL actually lives in two different places? It is the exact same token but the home you choose for it decides the kind of security you'd be getting. 🥸
There's the Wrapped #CELL that sits on BNB Chain and Ethereum. If you hold it there, you are relying entirely on the classic signature schemes of those specific host chains. In other words, that security is completely outside of Cellframe control..
Then there's the Native CF20 that lives directly on Cellframe. Because it sits on the native network, it is actively protected by the post-quantum signatures built right into the core. From the word 'Native' you can tell the protection comes with the chain itself.
All's I'm saying in a nutshell is; Security belongs to the chain it lives on, not just the name on the token.
There's a good reason the team recommends holding CELL as native CF20 to get the full post-quantum protection. You don't have to move anything, but knowing the difference is key nonetheless. 👌🏼
And If you ever decide to switch homes and go native, the official route is the only one you need. 🥂⬇️

THE MARKET GOT QUIETER. THAT DOESN’T MEAN THE BUILDING STOPPED.
Crypto has been through periods where attention becomes harder to earn.
Fewer narratives dominate the timeline.
People become more selective about what they follow.
And the market gets quieter.
But quiet and slow are not the same thing.
The better question is:
WHAT IS ACTUALLY BEING BUILT?
That is where public repositories become useful.
Instead of trying to judge a project by how loud its timeline is, you can look at the work being pushed publicly.
For @cellframenet , the recent development activity gives us something concrete to examine.
Across the last 90 days, the public repositories show:
→ 191 commits to the browser wallet extension
→ 140 commits to the KelVPN client
Those numbers don't tell the entire story, but they do tell us something important:
The work didn't disappear simply because the market became quieter.
And the shipping side matters too.
The Web DEX is LIVE.
The browser wallet is in BETA.
Two AI agent tools, SLC MCP and Swarm MCP, have also been released open source.
This is the distinction I think matters during a selective market.
Attention can fluctuate.
Narratives can disappear.
Timelines can become quiet.
Code is different.
Code leaves evidence.
Products leave evidence.
Public releases leave evidence.
That doesn't mean every piece of development is finished, and it doesn't mean every direction will become a product.
It means there is something tangible to inspect.
For me, that is a much more useful way to evaluate a building project than simply asking:
“Why isn't everyone talking about it?”
Sometimes the better question is:
“While everyone was talking, what was actually being built?”

It's very easy to see @cellframenet's $CELL moving crazy today and say "woah, I didn't see that one coming". But no, today would only feel sudden
If you only follow social sentiment.👍🏼
If you follow cryptography, $CELL catching strong bids is the most logical outcome on the board. I mean, just look around you and you'd see the industry reality is getting impossible to ignore: Google updated its quantum threat assessments, NIST warned that harvest attacks are happening today, and Ethereum is setting a 2029 target. Layer that over the upcoming 6.0 architecture, browser extension rollout, and #cBTC research, and you see exactly why the trend is moving.. and won't be stopping anytime soon. 🫱🏽🫲🏼📈

Volume is on the rise!!
$CELL moving here makes more sense than people think. Next up is where it gets interesting: 6.0, WASM/browser infra, cBTC, DEX liquidity. Meanwhile Google cut ECC estimates, ETH targets PQ readiness by 2029, and NIST says migrate now. All of this nswers the "Why up"

There are so many discuss about "is this team working? Is that team working?"
Well, I have a better idea.. how about you go inspect their public commits? 💭
I've always been of the notion that when attention gets selective across the market (as it currently is), the cleanest way to judge progress is checking public repositories directly.
Looking at @cellframenet public repositories on gitlab.demlabs.net over the last 90 days alone:
191 commits to the browser wallet extension
140 commits to the KelVPN client
58 commits to the libcf client
No guessing games needed here at all.
All you need do is verify the activity yourself at gitlab.demlabs.net/cellframe and github.com/demlabs-cellframe.
I'll be dropping my mic here and allow the code do the talking. 🙂🫱🏽🫲🏼

Coinbase's head of cryptography says there probably won't be ONE post quantum signature everyone uses. 👀
So they're building custody for whatever BTC picks.
Meanwhile in @cellframenet : multiple PQ algos at the base layer since day one. New ones plug in, no fork.

KelVPN already proved the network can carry a real service. So here is the question Cellframe is pointing at now: what else belongs on the same base?
The direction it has described has a name — the Service Network.

THE WALLET IS BETA AND THAT'S NOT SOMETHING TO HIDE.
In crypto, the word “BETA” can sometimes get misunderstood.
BETA doesn't mean “nothing works.”
It means the product works while still being tested and refined before a full release.
That's exactly how Cellframe labels its browser wallet extension:
BETA.
The browser wallet requires no desktop installation and supports WalletConnect.
Its cryptography is compiled to WASM, allowing post-quantum signatures to run inside the browser at native speed.
But there's one part we shouldn't blur:
IT IS STILL BETA.
That means it's working, but it is still being tested and refined.
And honestly, I think that distinction matters.
A product doesn't need to be presented as completely finished just to be useful or interesting.
Users deserve to know where a product actually stands.
That's why the difference between these two labels is important:
LIVE = works today, in production, right now.
BETA = works, but is still being tested and refined.
One isn't the other.
The browser wallet is BETA.
The status is clear.
The features are clear.
And the remaining refinement is clear.
That's much better than leaving users to guess.
**READ THE LABEL.
UNDERSTAND THE STATUS.
NO GUESSING REQUIRED.**

If you cannot click an open link and swap assets right this second, you've got to ask "is it really live?"
On that note, the @cellframenet Web DEX is completely LIVE.
No waitlists, no closed tests, no theoretical whitepaper claims.
It runs directly inside your browser using peer-to-peer conditional transactions and a working order book, completely bypassing standard AMM vulnerabilities.
Don't just take my word for it, go run a trade and test the order book for yourself: bridge.cellframe.net 👌🏼

NOT JUST USE IT, BE PART OF IT
YOU DON'T HAVE TO JUST USE KELVPN. YOU CAN HELP CARRY IT.
Most people think of a VPN from one perspective:
You pay for access.
You connect.
You browse.
That's the end of the story.
KelVPN introduces another side of the model.
The network runs across nodes that contribute bandwidth, and people who run a node can be rewarded in KEL for the bandwidth they provide.
That's an important distinction.
It's not about promising income.
It's about contribution.
You can participate in the infrastructure that helps carry the network instead of simply being a customer using someone else's centralized servers.
And that fits the broader Cellframe approach.
KelVPN isn't just another application sitting on top of the ecosystem.
It was Cellframe's first Cellchain, built around decentralized infrastructure and the network's post-quantum foundation.
USE IT. CONTRIBUTE TO IT. HELP CARRY IT.
That's a much more interesting relationship with infrastructure.

The briefing specifically says to frame KEL as a reward for contributing bandwidth, not as income, passive income, or a guaranteed return.

Have you actually stepped back and think "How does a VPN actually work when no single company owns it?" 🤔
Stay with me and I'll tell you how @KelvpnNetwork runs completely decentralized without central servers or logging risks. ⤵️
1. Distributed Node Mesh: Instead of your data going to a company data center, traffic routes across independent community nodes. No single entity sees the full route, making tracking structurally impossible.
2. Post-Quantum Security: Traffic is locked with native quantum-resistant cryptography from the ground up, protecting your sessions against future computational decryption.
3. Native Speed: Optimized low-level protocols mean zero latency penalties. You get seamless 8K video streaming and high-speed browsing backed by deanon-proof architecture.
What I'm saying in essence is that #KelVPN gives you 1-click access to a fully decentralized, quantum-safe network capable of smooth 8K streaming. No corporate logs, no central servers & certainly no data harvesting either.
Now that you know that real online privacy should not require a 10-page setup manual or slow your connection to a crawl.
You'd do well to protect your connection the right way: 🔻🥂

THE BEST SECURITY IS THE ONE YOU NEVER NOTICE.
When people hear "post-quantum cryptography," they imagine something complicated.
But what if you never had to think about it?
That's the direction Cellframe is taking.
Its browser wallet, currently in beta, combines WalletConnect support with cryptography written in C and compiled to WebAssembly (WASM), allowing post-quantum signatures to run directly inside the browser at near-native speeds.
Most users won't notice WASM.
They won't think about cryptographic algorithms.
And that's exactly how it should be.
Technology earns trust when it disappears into the experience.
You open your browser.
You connect your wallet.
You use the product.
Everything else happens behind the scenes.
That's the kind of user experience blockchain needs if it's going to reach millions of people.

What's being built is a second option: KelVPN and Backbone talking to Cellframe directly, no intermediary hop.
