Decarbonization is key, but it's not the only solution, we need a blend of different solutions from social to better and stronger policy and legal framework #PayUp #RestorationFinancing

To make biodiversity as politically relevant as climate, we need to link it to climate action, highlight its economic value, mainstream it into policy, raise public awareness, and boost global financing & accountability.
We also need stronger, bigger and rigid laws #PayUp

Progress on mobilizing the $200 billion annual target for biodiversity is slow. While funds are being allocated through mechanisms like the NBSAP Accelerator Partnership, much more is needed for ecosystem restoration to meet 2030 goals. We need to scale up urgently! #PayUp

To achieve the 2050 vision of "living in harmony with nature," COP 29 & COP 16 must integrate biodiversity and climate goals, accelerate $200B biodiversity funding, and scale up nature-based solutions (NbS). Strong legal frameworks are key to embedding NbS into policy #PayUp
