Wild at Heart Foundation

Our ‘Star of the Week’ is Billy (who's available for adoption via @_WAHF!) Billy’s confidence has begun to grow and he’s finally happy to be around the men at our shelter. We’re proud of him for being brave and finally coming to the realisation that most humans are kind-hearted.

The rehoming process has been a team effort between Street Hearts BG and our partners at @_WAHF. Thank you to @_WAHF for their support and hard work! Finally, “Well done!” to Emma and Laura who’ve been working their socks off to arrange direct adoptions through Street Hearts BG.

Would you like to see our dogs that are available for adoption? Just click the link in our Bio! You’ll see two ‘Adopt a Street Heart’ links; one for the dogs available through ourselves, and the other for dogs available through @_WAHF. It’s as simple as that! #AdoptDontShop

Polly is available for adoption via @_WAHF! She's an energetic and happy girl who loves life, adventure, and joining our daily pack walks. She has so much fun bounding around and playing with the other dogs! She can be timid around strangers but is easily won over with treats.

Bella is searching for her #fureverhome with the help of @_WAHF! This sweet, loving girl walks beautifully on-lead and is house trained. She's also feline friendly (her best buddy is a cat!) Bella will bark when uncertain or overwhelmed but this can be rectified with training.

Thanks to @_WAHF, our former Street Heart, Johnny, has found his #fureverhome! It wasn't easy sailing to begin with but, with help and advice from Street Hearts founder Emma, Johnny is settling in with his new family and proving himself to be a very good boy. Well done, Johnny!

Eva has been available for adoption via @_WAHF for several months but received little interest. She's a timid girl who can be frightened by men but, once she gets to know you, she's the most sweet, loyal, and loving #dog! Eva enjoys walkies, playing with toys, and sunbathing!

Happy #TongueOutTuesday from Billy and Buddy! Billy is a nervous lad who isn’t ready to find his furever home just yet; however, sweet little Buddy is ready and waiting for the perfect pawrent to pick him! He's available for adoption through @_WAHF. Could you offer him a home?

Walnut and Woody enjoying a spot of autumnal sunbathing! These two sweet, loving, and wonderful boys are still looking for their furever homes via @_WAHF. They’re both gorgeous puppies and we simply cannot believe that they haven’t been snapped up! #RescuePuppies #AdoptDontShop

Watch our latest Transport Trip video! We said farewell to twenty Street Hearts yesterday. Seventeen dogs are heading to new homes in the UK, thanks to the help of @_WAHF, and three dogs are destined for @Dogs4Rescue in hopes of finding their own families! youtu.be/UbmpdC2Gwfw

Josie and Jim are thriving in foster care! They are lovely, playful, friendly, and healthy #puppies who'll make great pets. For any cat owners who are looking to adopt a #dog, please note that Josie and Jim are great with felines! They'll soon be available to adopt via @_WAHF.

Now’s a great time to check out the ‘Adopt a Dog’ section of the @_WAHF website, as there are several Street Hearts newly available for adoption! Eva and Ella, pictured below, are just two of our #puppies who need families of their own. Could you offer them a forever home?
