CHAOS INC: A Fox News Digital investigation by @FoxNews Digital's senior editor of investigations @AsraNomani has identified 54 organizations behind France's escalating protests — a sprawling network of communist parties, revolutionary socialist groups, labor unions, Palestine-solidarity organizations and international media outlets working to transform grievances into a full-blown revolt against capitalism, government austerity and military spending.
Now, 28 communist and socialist youth organizations across 12 European countries are mobilizing for a coordinated November 20 strike under the slogan "Fight for Our Future, Not Their Wars," calling for walkouts, blockades, occupations and mass demonstrations.
Among the international amplifiers: organizations tied to Neville Roy Singham, a Marxist tech tycoon living in Shanghai, whose network includes Tricontinental and BreakThrough News, a New York-based outlet that published advance coverage of the weekend's mayhem in France.

The irony is that religious indifferentism was sold to the masses under the false pretense that religious conflict breeds violence. The reality was always that violence was a necessary means of holding back evil, and only the rightly and truly religious were eager to fight evil.

The message that you should be taking away from the HBO series, if you've truly honed your media literacy to a razor edge, is that its stupidity and ingratitude to the source material is a far better refutation of the original than its actual attempts at refutation.
Moore comes from a cohort of decrepit old leftists who genuinely believed in their day that they could create a better world, and that doing so justified whatever means they used. You're not meant to self-insert into Veidt, sure, but you are supposed to be a good little Nite Owl and do nothing while this imaginary revolutionary saves the stupid world from itself.
Intentionally or not, Lindelof depicted exactly the world that would come of this. Rorschach isn't believed in HBO's Watchmen, except by the right-wing fringe. Veidt won. Except... His "victory" achieved nothing. The world has sunk into a bitter malaise. The peace brought about by the "alien" attacks is held to, but society didn't improve in any way. Why was it written this way? Because the Cold War was long enough ago that even aging leftists like Lindelof forgot about it. Lofty causes like "prevent nuclear annihilation" are silly and out of date now, and leftists are rather embarrassed to have ever been associated with them. After all, we never had an alien invasion in real life, we never had superheroes, and yet nuclear war never happened. Capitalism won, the right wing won, America became absolute hegemon. All the things that Moore and his cohort said would usher in Doom did not. History just trundled on.
And all that's left, in the case of the Watchmen, is a collection of characters who compromised their morals and made peace with evil. For the sake of a cause we now know was totally unnecessary. Everyone Veidt killed died for nothing. There was never going to be a nuclear war. And of course there was only one character who never compromised himself. You were supposed to spite him for it, and yes, you were supposed to assume that his principles led to disaster, but now we know they didn't. Now we know he was just the only one who had a spine.
Under those conditions, you are going to have a very very hard time getting people to prefer a coward who killed millions for nothing to an "edgy neckbeard" who tried to save them.

Our pastor made an interesting announcement at Mass this morning. Apparently, over the past few months, our bishop has been coming to him to learn how to offer the traditional Latin Mass, and the bishop will celebrate a High Mass for Midnight Mass at our parish this Christmas. While it seems most bishops are placing restrictions on the Latin Mass in their dioceses, this is the first time I've heard of one actively moving toward it rather than away from it. It is encouraging, and I'm grateful. Please pray for him.
The whole joke of the riots being opposed to the "ruling class" when the people rioting are only in the country because the "ruling class" allowed them in then made it illegal to advocate to stop doing that. Yeah. It's the "ruling class" that they're rioting against. Right.

llhan Omar’s family didn’t flee Somalia as the oppressed. They fled because her father, Nur Omar Mohamed, was a senior colonel in the Somali National Army of the genocidal communist dictator Mohamed Siad Barre, the regime that systematically
s|aughtered up to 200,000 people, mostly Isaaq civilians, in one of the worst genocides in modern African history.
Her father was an esteemed senior officer who commanded a regiment, trained in the Soviet Union, and stayed in the military hierarchy of that brutal Marxist-Leninist dictatorship for years.
When the regime finally collapsed under the weight of its own mass m*rder, famine, and civil war in 1991, the family ran, not as victims of the dictatorship, but as people tied to the apparatus that had just spent years bombing cities, executing civilians, and turning northern Somalia into a ki||ing field.
Now... this same family is in the US, where Omar stands up and lectures Americans about justice, accountability, morality, and “genocide.”
This hypocrisy is sickening.
A daughter of a colonel from the regime that carried out the Isaaq genocide has the gall to moralize to the country that took her in after her father’s side lost power.
Her father came to the U.S. as a “refugee,” just like Yusuf Abdi Ali, who was accused of war crimes and later found liable for torture in a U.S. civil court.
Yet, as far as publicly available information shows, her father never faced comparable scrutiny or accountability.
Ali was deported from the US only two years ago, after a survivor pursued justice through the courts. It took a survivor’s determination to bring his abuses before a judge and jury. Consider that...
Also, compare this CNN investigative piece to the propaganda, lies, out of context, theatrical drama show they spew today.
Big difference.
This democrat larty is not your grandmother's democrat party... nor is this mainstream media your mother's media.

Post 2: Ilhan Omar’s fathers regime drained blood from children & used them as human blood banks for soldiers during the Isaaq Genocide - over 200,000 people were killed. Many of these war criminals slipped into America as refugees like Ilhan's father.

During the Floyd riots you'd see the "smart" leftists constantly saying things like "It's just property. They have insurance. It's fine, insurance will pay for all of that." (aside: most commercial general liability policies exclude riots or civil commotion for good insurance reasons) They'll make up whatever justification they need.
But what it comes down to is this: if you're a normal person who owns a business and someone loots/ransacks your store, you can go bankrupt and move away and start somewhere else, and the looters get your stuff. You don't have rights.
If you're an illegal immigrant, then you have a human right to NGOs paying the cost of transportation and for you to go wherever you want and enjoy the same benefits as a normal citizen. If illegal immigrants run scam operations on your social systems, you're a racist for pointing it out. If you want to scam immigration programs to bring in your friends and family and work for sub-market wages, you have that right. Normal citizens, however, don't have rights.
If you're a criminal, you have human rights and cannot be executed or imprisoned without a "path to rehabilitation." The people you victimize don't have rights - the criminal does, and the system is set up to blunt any punishment directed at the worst criminals.
That's the future everywhere, and Trump is very flawed, but he's the only one standing against this at all.

It’s funny, all my life boomers would always complain about touching the OT Star Wars movies with small CGI upgrades, or changing it so that Greedo shot at Han first, and this is offensive to their very soul for changing their beloved childhood movies.
Then they vote to allow 50 million senagalese in the country and ruin their children’s future so they can buy a beach house.

October 14, 1066. Hastings lasted around nine hours, which for a medieval battle is almost unheard of, and the reason it went that long is the reason it was so appalling.
Most battles of that era are decided in under an hour. One side's line breaks and the killing happens in the pursuit. Hastings did not break. Two armies stood a few yards apart and worked on each other from mid morning until dusk.
Start with what the English were standing in.
Harold's men formed a shield wall on the ridge, packed so tightly that contemporary accounts describe the dead being held upright because there was no room to fall. They stood in that press for hours in October, in mail, taking arrows and then spears and then the weight of mounted men coming uphill into them.
The sources describe the sound more than the sight. Chroniclers reach for the same comparison repeatedly, which is that it could be heard a long way off and did not stop.
The weapon that did most of the work on the English side was the Danish axe. A long handled axe swung two handed, which means no shield, which means the man beside you covers you while you swing. The Bayeux Tapestry shows what it did. Horses cut down through the neck and chest in a single stroke. Men split through helmet and skull. One blow from it took a horse's head off, and the accounts of Norman knights being killed along with their mounts are not exaggeration, they are a description of the physics.
And because the shield wall held, the Normans had to keep going back into it. Charge uphill, fail, pull back, reform, charge again. Hour after hour. William reportedly had three horses killed under him and at one point had to pull his helmet off and ride along his own line bare headed to prove he was not dead, because the rumour that he had been killed was collapsing his army.
What finally broke it was the feigned retreat. Norman troops pulled back, English infantry came off the ridge after them, and were cut to pieces in the open where the cavalry could work. That may have started as a genuine rout by the Breton contingent that William turned into a tactic. Either way it was repeated, and each time the shield wall got thinner.
By late afternoon it was no longer a battle line. It was a shrinking knot of men around the king's standard, which is the worst place to be, because that is where everyone aims.
Harold was killed there, and his brothers Gyrth and Leofwine were already dead.
Then there is the question of the body, and this is where the brutality stops being about combat.
The accounts disagree, but the recurring theme in several of them is that Harold was so mutilated he could not be recognised by his face. One version has his remains identified only by marks on his body, and the person brought to do it was Edith Swanneck, who had been his partner for twenty years. Another version has William refusing Harold's mother's offer of gold for the body and ordering it buried on the shore under a cairn, with the remark that he should guard the coast he had been so keen to defend.
There is no grave. The last English king before the conquest has no confirmed resting place.
The field afterward was left for days. William stayed at Hastings for two weeks and the English dead were not systematically buried. The site got a name in the sources, Senlac, and a long tradition that the local ground turned red after rain, which is almost certainly iron oxide in the soil and is also exactly the kind of story a landscape generates when something like that happens on it.
And the terror did not end on the 14th.
William's method after Hastings was deliberate devastation. He burned his way through Kent and Sussex and later up through the Midlands, and in 1069 and 1070 he did the Harrying of the North, which was not a battle at all. Villages burned, livestock killed, seed grain destroyed, in winter, across Yorkshire and beyond. Contemporary estimates of the dead run to a hundred thousand, which is probably too high, and the Domesday survey seventeen years later still records huge stretches of Yorkshire as waste.
Orderic Vitalis, who was half Norman and generally sympathetic to William, wrote about the Harrying that he could not praise it, that it was a brutal slaughter of the innocent, and that William would answer for it.
That is a Norman monk, writing about the man his own people revered, saying he thought it was a crime.
Hastings is remembered as a single decisive day, which it was. It was also nine hours of men standing in a crush too tight to fall down in, being killed with axes and arrows at arm's length, and the fourteen years of burning that followed it.
