Today our members showed up to bargaining to once again tell CPM we're asking for real protection:
• No layoffs due to generative Al
• No cutting hours/pay due to GenAl
• No eliminating future jobs to make room for GenAl
• GenAl can't write or create our editorial content

For May Day, we keep up the tradition of many before us as we fight for a fair contract and stand in solidarity with others doing the same

The Sun-Times Guild and WBEZ’s SAG-AFTRA are UNION STRONG in our fights for a fair contract.
We stand together in our respective fights for the pay, protections and assurances the union workers who bring you Chicago’s headlines — online, on the radio and in print — deserve.
