Man I hate injuries, over a year ago I hit my PR on bench, matched my squat PR and got back to 500 on deadlift. Don't know if I'll get back to this any time soon but miss lifting heavy

I don't hate the risk, I don't like him not knowing his own speed. It's always hindsight. The obvious play is him taking the stand up double but he read triple off the bat and he went with it

Just hit 315 on the bench again super easily. First time in over a year, shoulder is still weak but we making progress. God is good🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
