$NUAI @bitcoinbutcher1
Shared my analysis on 9/22 above $7 per share that we could see lower. Daily gap and indicators agreed $5.65-$6.25 at minimum were in the future. (Gifted with a chance to buy again in the 4s is amazing considering I sold above 7.)
The group chat did NOT appreciate the analysis or advice and felt it was completely ridiculous and laughable. The same individuals either round tripped or sold for less and are posting daily to provide an excuse for price action.

$NUAI vs $IREN
The April 2025 fractal playing out to a T is pretty wild. But, the silver lining is that you get to buy a future multi-billion power developer for sub $400M
Technical analysis isn't supposed to be absolute but it can certainly allow you to see things fundamentals and the market on its own won't show you
$NUAI vs $IREN
Technical analysis is pattern recognition and allows one to look at all possible scenarios objectively w/o any bias towards any company, and just assessing the structure
I just looked at NUAI vs IREN to see if there were any similarities outside the massive impulse NUAI had late last summer/fall, the current structure is very similar to where IREN was in early 2025. The only difference is that given the tariff scare of last year IREN, and all other HPC/AI names "broke structure" meaning lost that trendline that was holding up for a few months with IREN re-testing the liquidity around mid $5s and then from there putting a 10x move to the 1.272 fib (important macro target level and one of the main reasons I personally believe it hasn't been able to break past $69)
In the case of some weird macro event that brings more volatility than we've currently seen, this should provide a view of what could happen in the worst case for NUAI in breaking the structure like IREN did. This doesn't have to happen, but it could just like no one thought IREN would go back to $5.
Anyway, I took that exact IREN fractal and applied it to NUAI as it's actually pretty uncanny. Some of y'all might balk at it, but something that I found interesting.
Regardless of what happens though the 1.272 fib target for NUAI is $33 which is where I'd expect it to head to over the 12-18 months

If you’re invested in AI infrastructure stocks and frustrated with performance this is a MUST read
If can’t handle -30/50% swings, don’t invest in this space, simple. It’s important to recognize the volatility you’re comfortable with as not everyone is cut out for it (and that’s ok).
Much of the sector has been under pressure, with political, regulatory, and broader market uncertainties weighing on sentiment. But it’s important to distinguish between a deteriorating investment thesis and a difficult market environment. They’re not the same thing.
People also need to appreciate what it actually takes to build an infrastructure company. In some of these companies you have individuals who left very comfortable positions at some of the world’s largest tech companies to join a much smaller, higher-risk business. I find it difficult to believe these people made those decisions because they were thinking about the next quarter or even the next year or two.
Presumably, they see an opportunity that extends well beyond that. And when you consider where we are in the broader AI infrastructure buildout, it’s not particularly difficult to understand why.
We’re still relatively early in what could be a multiyear infrastructure investment cycle. There is a finite universe of sites with meaningful access to power, and an even smaller subset with the characteristics necessary to support large-scale compute infrastructure. That scarcity matters. And it’s a meaningful part of why many of you find these assets interesting. Of course, owning an attractive asset and successfully monetizing it are two very different things. There is still a tremendous amount of execution required, involving financing, customers, infrastructure development, and commercial negotiations.
None of that happens in a vacuum, and certainly not on the precise timetable that public market investors would prefer. Plans change. Counterparties change. Commercial structures evolve. What made sense 6 months ago may no longer represent the best opportunity available to the company today.
That may introduce additional uncertainty or push certain milestones further out, but it could also create an opportunity for a more attractive long-term economic outcome. Both possibilities deserve consideration. Sometimes taking one step backward is necessary to take several forward. But whether that’s actually the case can only be established through execution. I think that’s what people sometimes lose sight of. Building a company isn’t a straight line, and management doesn’t control every variable that determines how quickly things come together.
None of this is an argument to blindly trust management, dismiss legitimate concerns, or assume the outcome is inevitable. It’s an argument for understanding what you own, why you own it, what needs to happen for the investment thesis to materialize, and whether your position sizing reflects the risks involved. If your conviction changes every time the share price moves or someone you follow changes their opinion, you probably never had much conviction of your own to begin with.

Is this why you removed me from your group chat @litigious_dulce ?
I warned everyone of the downside risk on 9/22 as the stock started to drop and was removed.
Are you simply using retail followers as exit liquidity in your swings until $NUAI rerates higher?
I've heard you're discussing "de-risk" at the top now that I'm out of the group and everyone round tripped back to the $4 area.
Looked into @litigious_dulce $NUAI
he is the whale….
I’ve noticed same pattern on almost every swing.
A whale keeps driving this up, retail piles in, then he flips almost immediately selling into that strength. Good for him if he’s printing. His followers should still know what they’re looking at.
FYI- I’m long term bullish on the stock still… but, what I’m seeing on these swings is the typical whale trap: push price higher to lure retail, then reverse and sell into that liquidity.
That’s also where stop loss hunting shows up. That forced selling is the liquidity a large seller wants. Once the stops are cleared, price often snaps back.
Not saying the long term story is dead. im saying the swing tape is being used. Trying to protect retail..

$WGMI and thereby AI data center infrastructure stocks remain in a structurally bullish consolidation despite the bearish narratives you hear.
The important part of this chart is the bigger picture. From 2022 through 2025, WGMI spent nearly three years building a massive base. In October 2025, price finally broke above that range and rapidly repriced higher, eventually reaching the 1.414 Fibonacci extension near $70, a very natural area for a major advance to pause.
Since then, this index has spent roughly a year consolidating those gains. We don't yet know what form that consolidation ultimately takes. It could resolve as a running flat, or we could still be building an expanded flat that first sweeps the March lows before beginning the next advance. Price hasn't answered that question yet.
But the distinction is secondary to the larger signal. This entire consolidation is occurring above the 2022–2025 breakout zone. The market broke out of a multi-year accumulation, repriced substantially higher, and is now working through that move without having invalidated the breakout.
So while these equities can remain extremely volatile, and another drawdown from here would hardly be unusual the chart is not presently showing a broken long-term trend. It is showing a high-volatility consolidation above a major multi-year base.
Until that base is lost, the larger structure remains bullish. If the current correction ultimately resolves higher, the next major fib levels are at the 1.618 at $106.
This chart should be the barometer for assessing $IREN $CIFR $HUT $WULF etc
In the worst case scenario, another -10 to -20% should be the bottom (or we can be bottoming today which would be running flat scenario). Price has now fully backtested the ichimoku cloud and I see 5 waves down from what I'm considering was a B wave.

Texas Load House is $BGDE 's 50/50 JV with 10NetZero down in Hood County, and the aerial shows the part that actually takes years to get. Four transmission lines run across the south side of the property with three interconnections terminating right on it. 17 MW grid running today, near-term path to 74, and the company's own number for the longer term is 1.5GW once gas development comes in. That's why the Tensor IQ LOI can target Q2 2027 while most campuses announced this year are quoting 2028 or later, the power is already sitting there instead of queued behind an ERCOT study.

Another nothing 🍔 with extra 🧀 from @GregAbbott_TX
For $nuai specifically, the @VistraCorp PPA signed today is already @ERCOT_ISO approved while the Texas Water Development Board will quickly realize that the proposed DC uses a closed loop 🔁 cooling system that ♻️ 💦 and will have less impact that the car washes in Ector County.
Phase 2 will be islanded power, meaning it does not negatively impact @ERCOT_ISO and will only impact the grid positively as excess energy produced by the BTM ⚡️ source will be sent back to ERCOT if it’s not used or stored for usage at a later time.
@NUAI_IR can confirm but the only items outstanding are the following:
1) surface waiver related to oil producers allowing $nuai to build without interruption from oil drilling
2) finalized plat approval for county records that clears title and protects the hyperscaler looking to sign a lease
3) air permit for Phase 2 necessary to operate reciprocal engines that produce the power
I acknowledge the air permit specifically may get delayed but again this relates to Phase 2 which would not begin until late 2027, providing plenty of time for approval.
Previously, I believe $nbis signed its Vineland site without its air permits finalized before pivoting to $be
No reason to believe $nuai will pivot to fuel cells but more whether Phase 2 can be optioned without a finalized permit remains to be answered

$NUAI has landed a 20 year PPA with Vistra. The quality of the investment case just got materially better.
For much of the past year, investors have effectively been underwriting a development thesis in which inputs such as land, permitting, power, tenanting and financing, were progressing but had not yet fully converged. With the PPA now secured, one of the largest sources of uncertainty has been removed, and that meaningfully changes how the project can be evaluated.
Phase 1 now has a long-term power agreement covering a minimum of 200 MW and up to 207 MW, with expected availability beginning in Q3 of 2027. Firm contracted power is scarce and in a market where there's a growing difference between companies that can identify prospective power and those that can actually secure large blocks of deliverable capacity, this is a great sign.
That is what begins to reframe the NUAI story. The company controls the site, has advanced the permitting process, continues to prepare TCDC for construction and now has contracted power in place for the Phase 1. Any remaining Qs are becoming more commercial and financial in nature, aka who ultimately leases the capacity, on what terms, how the project is financed, what the final ownership structure looks like and how much of the economics NUAI retains.
But, the fact that the PPA sits directly with NUAI matters more than the market may initially appreciate. Controlling the power agreement gives the company greater flexibility over the eventual development structure because it now controls one of the most important inputs rather than relying on another party to bring that piece to the table.
6 months ago, an investor could reasonably question whether TCDC would reach the point where land, permits and power were sufficiently aligned to support large-scale commercialization. It's impressive how quickly they've assembled a team with direct hyperscale and infrastructure development experience to advance the site and the company.
At some point, enough independent milestones begin to turn what was previously a development concept into a real infrastructure platform with an increasingly visible path toward commercialization.
The next several months should tell investors much more about the ultimate value of TCDC as the remaining Qs are becoming narrower. But this is where the next leg of the story gets interesting.
$NUAI has entered into a 20-year PPA with a Vistra affiliate for up to 207 MW of firm, contracted power for Phase 1 of Texas Critical Data Center (TCDC).
The agreement provides New Era with power expected to be available in Q3 2027 from Vistra’s adjacent 1,180 MW Odessa generation facility.
New Era and Vistra have also entered into a development framework agreement that establishes a pathway for advancing future power development at TCDC and other New Era projects.
