Ten years ago today I was volunteering at the Oxfam Bookshop on St Mary Street and because the place needed a good refurbishment we moved, temporarily, to a shopfront in the Royal Arcade. The space became, after we moved out and back, Uncommon Ground. #CityofArcades – at Cardiff, Wales

For bars there’s is so much choice on St.Mary’s street, Clwb Ifor Bach is a great one for music too. Pubs, you can’t go wrong with the City Arms, Queens Vaults and Elevens. For food you are spoiled for choice, @_UncommonGround has the best coffee and breakfast burritos!
