Overemphasizing deep work and heavily reducing collaboration roots from elevating the self as superior to the collective.
In reality, we need both the individual and the collective to do our best work.
Finding the right mix/modality is what's hard.
Most of my notes fit into a small number of tags that denote kind vs. topic. I almost never used tags in the body because of that, so I just moved them to YAML. I also used to use Publish so that partially influenced my decision.
