Tacoma Public Schools - our 2020-2021 school year will begin with remote learning.
We prefer in-person instruction—because we know it’s the best way for students to learn—but only if it can be done safely.

I have recently become aware of comments made by a fellow coach and want to make it clear that I will not stand for racism or threats of violence. I will not tolerate this in our program, in my classroom, or in our community.

Hollywood stars speaking out during these times made me think of the 8 yrs I spent at a school in Hollywood; where Glee & multiple shows were filmed. No stars ever spent time/spoke to our kids/donated $.
Only one was Thomas Tull, who donated big $ and spent time at our practices

We had a pretty fun weekend! Varsity won our non-league game against Foss and JV won one and lost one game at the Puyallup jamboree! Can’t wait to see what the season has in store! #abenation #ladyabes

Wow! We had about 30 strong women come out to our first summer fitness session! That’s twice the girls that turned out on the first day of fall practice 4 years ago! Incredible growth in this program an these women! 💪 #ladyabes #strongwomen

Asking teachers (and principals) to do ‘one more thing’ and not remove anything else from their plate doesn’t help anyone. ESPECIALLY students!
