- Direct, but prone to tangents.
- Naturally sarcastic, but can struggle to notice others’ sarcasm.
- Can be skeptical, but likes to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Autistics and ADHDers may sometimes hyperfixate on our anxieties if our brains crave stimulation.
This can quickly lead to overwhelming and debilitating negative thinking spirals and emotional dysregulation.
When this happens, hyperfixating on things that uplift us may help us.
