Assuming we would ring Starr’s Mill’s bell after tonight’s win was assuming that we are a disrespectful and undisciplined program. I hope our actions tonight demonstrated exactly the opposite. We respect our opponents, their traditions, and their facilities. Ringing another program’s victory bell was never something we would have considered. Respect and discipline are standards we expect from our players and coaches, regardless of the outcome. I’m especially proud of how our young men responded to adversity this week. We had a brand-new quarterback, Knox Loftus, thrown into the role just two days before the game, and he did an outstanding job leading his team. More importantly, our entire team played together, remained disciplined, and rose to the occasion despite being thrown several unexpected curveballs. We are proud of the victory, but we also understand what it represents. This was not our Super Bowl. It was a non-region football game—an opportunity to compete, improve, and take another step forward. Our region schedule and the goals ahead of us are what ultimately matter. Respect your opponent. Respect the game. Play with discipline. Handle adversity together. Win with class. Then get back to work. Proud of our Chiefs. 🟢⚫
