Here's our plan for quantum-safe, unlinkable, rotating taddrs. Possible with Zcash, today.
While others are worrying about the viability of rotating transparent addresses, we're already solving linkability.

0 real cryptographers that I talk to are actually worried.
Just stay crypto-agile.
Demonstrate that by continuing to ship on the L1.
Zcash @ 4 networks upgrades in 8 months, 3 with significant cryptography improvements.
AND wallets improving cryptographic security weekly.

BREAKING: Vitalik states that @Pumpfun has killed memecoins by turning new retail investors entering the crypto space into degenerate gamblers and with no real-world use, the industry will die fast.
He also stated that @pumpfun has been a net negative to crypto since it was released in 2024 by draining the $crypto ecosystem and turning retail into gamblers not investors.
He also said the platform is setup like a slot machine you keep clicking until your fully drained - pump ultimately wins but retail loses.

Watch carefully at zcash:native dev team response to events of past 24 hours. I have no doubt, the litany of announcements and recommendations will demonstrate to the rest of the a crypto space who’s is in charge. While many protocols fall and look for help, $ZEC
Do the labs have better algorithms for breaking crypto?
Independent of the answer, the most important thing is to have crypto agility. Zcash has proven this, with 3 upgrades happening in 6 months, and Tachyon planned for January. The protocol design has plans for how to turn off features to enable safe protocol upgrades. This is what Quantum Recoverability is, and it applies equally well if there's a non-quantum ECDLP attack.
We're equipped on multiple fronts to protect against future bugs. In the next cryptography upgrade, coming January, already slated features are:
- PQ transparent
- Switching to Tachyon
What people don't realize about Tachyon is it switches us to R1CS, and enables far more crypto agility away from elliptic curves. The nullifier derivation no longer depend on elliptic curves. We get far greater SNARK agility and can very quickly move to STARKs when any crisis comes.
Today's Zcash transparent UTXO's give a better security guarantee than an ETH address. @ZakuraZcash has solved the privacy and performance problem that were blocking rotating T-Addresses natively in the wallet. This is done using PIR to fetch balances, and its already live in Vizor. So its a short UX leap to get this backup plan.
In January, the Transparent pool will be upgraded to support hash based sigs, that can later be STARK aggregated.

Unironically true.
Bitcoin is slavery. Every move you make tracked FOREVER, in PUBLIC. Do you have any idea how insane that is?
Bought a candy bar a couple days ago?
Cool now everyone(literally everyone, every current and future nefarious actor) knows your entire networth, and every transaction you've ever engaged in, every person you've ever transacted with.
Actually, Bitcoin is worse than slavery, because it actively puts a target on your back. Atleast if you're a slave, you're probably going to be well-protected since your owner is likely to be invested in keeping you alive as long as you can be productive.
You simply don't have enough Zcash exposure.

It is difficult to explain just how impressive this is. The Tachyon Project (@TachyonZcash) and @zksecurityXYZ have raised the bar for high-assurance software.

The Greens , Labor and LNP have a problem this add is the equivalent of political drone warfare . A new technology on the political battlefield . Whatever your persuasion this shaming and denouncing habit of the left parties is becoming obsolete . This subtly tells folk to think for themselves , where as the left parties are stuck in their own self referenced moral superiority . People like Shoebridge and Albo are a kind of reversion to the moral superiority of Protestant missionaries appearing more like hell /damnation preachers than persuasive politicians .

Excited to announce Options 101!
It's a site that provides free, no-ads, no-shill education on financial options (calls + puts).
The first course is one I'm now teaching this fall at Charles University in Prague. Lecture notes, videos, assignments.

It’s important for your future that you understand Zcash. You can’t have zero knowledge about zero knowledge.
Thus, this year's Network State Conference will include a Zcash Zummit, featuring Zcash leaders Zooko Wilcox (Shielded Labs), Sean Bowe (Tachyon), Eli Ben-Sasson (StarkWare), Josh Swihart (Zodl), Josh Lee (Vizor), Dev Ojha (Zakura), Evan Forbes (Valar Group), Maxime Desalle (Winklevoss Capital), and Tom Howard (Zcash Labs).
In-person attendees will even receive some free ZEC. So: come to Singapore on October 9.

If that was the Zcash top, then all of the most retarded people in every group chat I'm in are right.

There was a government leak in France of people’s wallets and a bunch of guys lost fingers. I’m not shilling Zcash or bitcoin or saying buy or not. But the rise in ZEC hit once people realized one data breach = cartels torture you for keys.
Replying to @Cernovich
It was hacked by Opus. lol. So this is just a VC pump and dump to distract from bitcoin.
Bitcoin is a decentralized protocol. No one controls bitcoin. No one can change bitcoin. Bitcoin can be audited.
Your alternative investment cannot claim any of these things.
Ansem down 50% since this post
BTC up 30%
You guys do you but I'd rather not hold garbage when I can just hold good things instead
Stop empowering extraction
Imagine this is actually the bottom and BTC goes to $500k
And instead of buying the bottom CT was busy chasing the latest influencer pump and dump
Might work out for some, won't work for the majority
We'd all be better off without these distractions

Almost every small business is already on edge of bankruptcy because of this fool. This cost now has to be paid by them, not banks. Small business now will have to increase prices, which increases GST take as well. So businesses and customers lose. Banks win and tax increases. Labor must go.

If you don’t want to provide a service - no problem.
But if you accept a transaction, start execution, take custody of the assets, then refuse to fulfill your side and demand additional actions before returning them - that’s exactly the kind of power crypto was supposed to eliminate.
That distinction matters.
