Are you a Product leader struggling to explain the big picture? A KPI Tree shows how your metrics connect, helps guide decision making, and can be used to frame different areas of work.
I teamed up with @loomista to write this article on how they work: shaunrussell.me/writing/kpi-…

"It was hours before my first ever public presentation about product management, at @producttank London. I was a bag of nerves. I thought my talk was going to be awful... But Matt did not offer me feedback. Instead, he asked one simple question." shaunrussell.me/writing/over…
#my1thing to change after #mtpEngage: when I learn something new, share it at least once, somehow, somewhere! Thank you @cwodtke @MindtheProduct

Takeaways:
1) Seek out the people who will see you for who you can become, rather than what you once were.
2) A journey can take many steps (Marketing Analyst ➔ B2B PM ➔ internal tools ➔ B2C). If what you want doesn't come easy, try a smaller step in the same direction.
