Jay-Z is planning to be the Super Bowl LXI Halftime Show performer, per @PuckNews. The rap mogul is on watch to make the announcement as early as this weekend, when he performs at the site of the game, SoFi Stadium.
Jay-Z's Roc Nation signed a 5-year extension with the NFL to produce the halftime show in 2024.

Michael Jackson's 1993 Super Bowl halftime show will be chronicled in a new documentary coming to Hulu and ESPN.
“Spectacle: Michael Jackson at the Super Bowl” will follow the King of Pop as he prepares for his landmark performance at the Rose Bowl. It will feature never-before-seen footage of Jackson and his team.
The documentary will stream in February 2027 and is directed by Bao Nguyen, who helmed the buzzy “We Are the World” documentary “The Greatest Night in Pop.”
