Aviation leaders should be acting to hydro-treat kerosene, monitor ultrafine particle pollution and reduce absolute emissions through demand reduction.

It was encouraging to see a strong cross party showing from MPs willing to engage with this thorny policy issue.

I was on @itvnews this evening to talk about how Gatwick’s proposed expansion would create more ultrafine air pollution that is linked to cancers, diabetes, dementia, and strokes.
Ultrafines are not legislated for yet but, when they are, airports will have to scale down flights
