Marcus Lipton Cup 🔴🔵
Ref decided it was “too cold” to get out of bed today… No show & no communication from him or the league.
Credit to both clubs for still getting the game played & reffing a half each. 👏👏

MATCHDAY 9 – #MarcusLiptonCup 🔴⚫️
Big cup test this Sunday against a strong @StAndrewsFC1866 side. The lads have been sharp all week, and we’re ready for the challenge. Excited for this one.

FT SWR 4 - 1 @AFCSouthLondon.
A tough start against @AFCSouthLondon 😅, but a brilliant reaction. They came flying out the blocks, going man-for-man and hitting us early. We lacked urgency & quality, and they punished us with a 25-yard strike. 1–0 down, wake-up call.
#SSFL
10 mins into the 2nd half, @ConnieAtille again involved - slick reverse pass into @LordThomas31 , who rounds the keeper & calmly slots it. 3–1.
@AFCSouthLondon tried to push, but we controlled the tempo, pressing high & dominating the ball.

Last 10 mins, Reubuan spins his man, drives & drills it across goal - Rabby, back from injury, meets it perfectly with a half-volley finish. 4–1 SWR.
5 wins from our last 6. The football’s flowing. The confidence is back.
We move. 🔴⚫️

We’ll let the football do the talking.
Poor loss, poor sportsmanship, poor match report.
