Ok Deployed my First full stack project Link : mistake-count-web.vercel.app… Built an anonymous platform where developers can share mistakes and struggles so others can learn from them. Users get a random username and avatar so they can share honestly without revealing identity.

finally did it built a BitTorrent client from scratch in go and now its downloading single file torrent from multiple peers concurrently curr setup has -multiple peer connections -concurrent piece downloading -request pipelining -piece verification yes it downloaded 756 MB file
update implemented complete piece downloading from a real BitTorrent peer by requesting 16 kb blocks and assembled them into complete piece and verified the piece using SHA 1 against torrent metadata next? multi peer selection ,concurrency and pipelining :D currently stuck :')

Started again my Open source as I was indulged in my internship work the issue was there was a check for profile credentials and working connection but there was a " Disable Profile Validation " context menu is meant to turn this check off for one profile

But it wasnt working as expected because > the choice wasnt persisted > reloading a profile node re-applied the global default and overwrote the choice > a wrong suffix in a file and command doing nothing for profiles under Favorites

What is the fix ? > persist explicit choices by adding a new localstorage key > Stop the overwriting so that user choice should be persisted > fixing the suffix and command so that it always update the click node

I wasn't planning to post this, but now I've had enough. I've had health insurance with @careinsuranceIN for the last 2 years. In July, my father's health suddenly got worse, and I had to admit him to the hospital. At that time, I was also inactive on Twitter. We opted for cashless treatment. Their agent came to the hospital twice to verify whether the case was genuine. He spoke with the doctors and verified the documents. In the end, they rejected the cashless claim. We then filed for reimbursement and sent them all the original documents. After waiting for 2 months, they rejected the claim again, this time asking for a document related to a disease from 2 years ago, even though my father had never had that disease. They claim to have a ~96% claim settlement ratio, but my experience has been completely different. Their agent verified everything and told us the documents were genuine, yet the claim was still rejected. At this point, I'm cancelling my insurance with them. Initially, I was planning to upgrade my policy if they approved the claim, but after the way this was handled and the support we received, I've changed my mind. @careinsuranceIN, I want a clear explanation for why this claim was rejected and why you are asking for a 2-year-old checkup that my father never had done Thease people only know how to reject the claim And to be honest, I can't even explain what I was going through mentally at that time. That's why I was inactive on all social media

Damn I love open source like I was working on a pr my approach was add a manual structural check immediately after parsing the JSON and log errors but the maintainer said that it was wrong as it continlsy fail and retry processing the same malformed database entry indefinitely

creating unnecessary background processing overhead I was wrong so I changed my appraoch now Instd of throwing an error which leaves the malformed entity stuck in the stitcher queue to fail and retry the stitcher should log the error and abandon/drop the malformed entity

With Open source many senior developers reviews your code and correct you a very good experince i would say

Whenever I see videos from American science and engineering YouTubers, honestly, the first emotion I feel is jealousy. I see their workshops, the tools they have access to, the sheer variety of them, all organized and readily available. The culture they have of building things on their own is, I think, one of the things that has made them great. They are the kind of people who figure things out. If I had been a kid and my father had access to these tools, stores, parts, or even the desire to build things from scratch, I could have been something different. The nature-versus-nurture debate doesn’t really seem to apply to America. Both seem to be conducive to sparking curiosity in kids. They have access to the best environment, nature included, education, and a strong DIY culture. They have mall-sized hardware stores where you can buy almost anything you want. A specific type of nut? They have it. A particular type of spring? They have it. I have also noticed that they are collectors. They don’t necessarily care how expensive a piece of equipment is; if it has a use, they will get it. Most of these things are not available to us. A child born in India has to just focus on studies. Parents don’t want us to build things. For example, during summer vacations, all we have is a ton of homework to do, and much of it is just memorization. There is very little that sparks curiosity or ideas in a kid’s mind. American kids go camping and hunting. They learn to do things on their own. Some of them may help their dads renovate their homes. I think some of this comes down to the dignity of labor. They don’t shame someone for being a plumber, electrician, or carpenter. These are respectable jobs, something I can’t say about my country. I don’t know, man, what else to say. Just some random thoughts.
